  • How is this different from other travel planners?
    Most travel planners are either printable PDFs or come as separate spreadsheets. While these are certainly helpful, it means you still run the risk of losing pieces of paper or having to flip between multiple spreadsheets to see all your info.

    Plus, you'd still have to come up with a separate solution to store your booking confirmations, tickets and other important travel documents.

    You could use a shared Google Drive for this. But wouldn't it be a lot easier if all of this information was in just one place?

    That's where The Wanderer's Trip Planner comes in!

    There's even a free mobile app, so you can keep track of your schedule, expenses and more on the go.
  • Why did you build this tool using Airtable?
    We've used various tools over the years to help us plan our trips. Trello, spreadsheets, Google Drive, you name it.

    But when a friend told us about Airtable, we had to check it out. What we found was a fantastic tool that combines a lot of what we love about these other platforms... into just one easy-to-use centralised system.

    No more faffing around with different tabs in your Internet browser. No more losing bits of paper you've scribbled notes on. No more having to make a new checklist every time you pack your bags.

    In Airtable, you can easily slice and dice your data in different ways. And we've already done the "hard" part for you by setting up different views, filters and groupings, so our trip planner is ready to go straight out of the box!

    Oh! And did we mention Airtable itself is completely FREE to use?!
  • Do I need to pay for any other tools/software to use your trip planner?
    Nope! While Airtable does have a Pro version, you don't need it to use our trip planner. We've built the tool using only Airtable's free features. Even we don't need the Pro version!
  • I'm not technical - will I find your tool hard to use/understand?
    Once you've had a play around inside Airtable, you should find that it's easy to use and understand.

    Plus, we've created some handy written and video tutorials to show you how to do key actions within the trip planner.

    And if you're still struggling to use it, we're just a quick email away. We'll always do our best to help you.
  • Will I get access to updates and version upgrades?
    Yep! Once you've bought the trip planner, if we make any updates or improvements to it in the future, you'll instantly get access to them.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Due to the digital nature of this product, we're unable to provide refunds.
